COOKING COURSE WITH NEW PRODUCTS


Hello! I wish I were not tired of waiting (although I fully understand if they were bored), finally got to write this post and upload the pictures, I apologize.
My friend Ozlem has a restaurant in Montezuma that called Organic. She besides being a beautiful person that is very important, is a sea of \u200b\u200bknowledge, knows about food, food nutrition, natural, organic, gluten free and crudista.

I thought of inviting for us prepare something delicious. On Sunday afternoon, she came to demonstrate how to make a chocolate cake and coconut, but the best part is you do not need an oven, is a raw pie!

Ozlem arrived with an army of kitchen utensils, (not to say that practically brought his full kitchen for Natura!). is in love with the Vitamix a super-blender and its ceramic knife that should not be sharpened in 5 years and can cut up a watermelon without much effort! met ingredients like IRISH MOSS, not worry I had not heard before. It is a seaweed that is used to thicken and give substance to some preparations, in this case the chocolate mousse.


She explained and gave us a taste, see and smell everything. At the end of a snack cake chocolate and coconut with macadamia nuts and almonds, served with tea or coffee. We spent an afternoon super different, fun and the best is that we learned a lot.
