Plastic Cabochon Flowers

TZU JAN Vegetarian House

We
Sunday visiting the Tzu Jan Vegetarian House in Escazu. It was a beautiful experience. First you get a rich while you get all the participants and then to start the cooking class. MAMA cantons explains what you are doing and Meichi, daughter us will translate all the details. They are a sea of \u200b\u200bwisdom , with about cooking, ingredients and the effects they have on our bodies. This time the issue of class was gluten free, gluten-free bone.

We
rice roll filled with soybeans and vegetables and some steamed sweet potato balls stuffed with vegetables. Commented about how important it is to peel vegetables if they are not organic , especially the tubers to be a root poque directly absorb all the chemicals used in cultivation. Of course I encouraged them to consume organic products because they do not contain chemicals and can consume your skin is where most stay nutrients from vegetables and fruits.

us sick with laughter and sympathy between jokes while we were told and encouraged us to chop, stir, peel, mix and test (this was the best time !). The group was fantastic, an incredibly friendly people, friendly and cheerful. After class, we all sat down to eat the treats that we had cooked under the supervision of MAMA (by the way is pronounced breast without an accent, because if you say in a tone means horse mom!).

The atmosphere was so nice that I end up not wanting to go. The vast majority of these ingredients can be found in Nature, and say the majority because the flavor and taste that gives MAMA probably will not get but waaaaay practice! As I was told this is the last class of 2010, and want it to be 2011 for another class asist TZU JAN. I recommend them!
